In 2008, during a transformative journey to Hogar Belen in Peru, Neale Bayly and Maria Fitzgerald discovered a deep, unmet need among vulnerable children. What began as a humble medical mission evolved into Wellspring International Outreach—a cause dedicated to restoring hope, dignity, and opportunity in communities where children face unimaginable challenges.
